TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

Experience reviewing drawings, quantities, fabrication activities, tolerances, bolted connections, and installation coordination.
Experience coordinating nonconformity review, corrective actions, technical records, quality communication, and issue closure.
Experience with quantities, valuations, payment support, client documentation, budgeting, and contract-related follow-up.
Training in magnetic particle, ultrasonic, and liquid penetrant testing; certified inspection services are not advertised as an in-house offering.

Johanny Salas is a metallurgical engineer with professional experience in project coordination, structural steel fabrication and assembly, production planning, quality follow-up, quantity verification, valuations, contract administration support, budgeting, and industrial-services management.
Her background includes supporting fabrication and field activities for a major bridge project and later directing an industrial-services organization. Her consulting approach emphasizes careful documentation, coordination among stakeholders, realistic recommendations, and responsible execution.
She has completed technical training in magnetic particle, ultrasonic, and liquid penetrant testing. This training supports her understanding of quality and materials issues; the company does not claim to provide certified NDT inspection services unless performed by appropriately qualified personnel.
Experience supporting drawing review, production and field coordination, scheduling, quantity verification, quality follow-up, client communication, documentation, and resolution of fabrication and installation issues within a large bridge-project environment.
